How does she look so good?
“Well, I’m taking IMEDEEN Prime Renewal for a start”, laughs Sue. “Last time I went for a facial, my beautician (Ashleigh at Ponteland Hair and Beauty) commented on my skin feeling softer. We're both convinced IMEDEEN is working!” Her top beauty tip: “If I’ve had a late night, I keep an Estée Lauder Moisture Gel mask by the side of the bed. When the alarm goes off, I slather it on, set the snooze button and then rinse off in the shower – it really wakes up the skin!”
Sue works out to keep in shape, but walking is her real passion. Hiking the Cheviot Hills with husband Terry and 18-year old son, Luke, is a favourite weekend past-time. “And I power-walk regularly with a girlfriend”
Sue eats healthily “plenty of fresh fish, fruit and vegetables”. Although she cheerfully confesses to a passion for baking and a weakness for chocolate. She's also a big fan of juicing – particularly carrot juice “I have a huge glass every morning – I think I'm addicted!”. Despite the fact that she clearly works hard at looking good, Sue doesn't worry about getting older. “I feel more self-confident now – I would never have entered something like this when I was younger or had such fun in the process. Lines don’t matter – being happy and content is what really counts and that shows on your face”. Spoken as a true ambassador for beauty from within!
